Being kind is so important to me. It’s something I’m speaking over my children every day. It’s something I remind myself every day. And it’s something that I think is SO NEEDED in today’s world.

Being kind doesn’t mean passive. It doesn’t mean quiet. It doesn’t mean to be a doormat.
It means to treat others the way you want to be treated. To leave someone or somewhere or something better than you found it. It means to take care of…or just TO CARE.

Be kind to each other. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to our earth and your space. Be kind to your mind/body/spirit.
And with that - do good. We’d all be in a better place if we lived in a world where this mattered more. 🤍
